How to Remove Yourself
Step 1: Go to the ZoomInfo Privacy Removal Portal
Navigate to https://privacyrequest.zoominfo.com/remove/verify — ZoomInfo's official privacy removal verification page.
Step 2: Enter Your Contact Information
Provide the following:
- Full name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Phone number (required)
Click Submit or Next to proceed.
Step 3: Receive and Enter Confirmation Code
ZoomInfo will send a confirmation code via email to the address you provided. Check your inbox and enter the code on the verification page.
Step 4: Additional Information if Email Not on Record
If ZoomInfo cannot locate your profile using the email you provided, they may request additional identifying information such as your work email or other identifiers.
Step 5: Submit Reason and Confirm
Indicate your reason for the request (e.g., privacy concern). You may also be asked to indicate if you want ZoomInfo to notify other sites. Provide your work email for a second confirmation code.
Step 6: Await Processing
ZoomInfo will send a confirmation email stating 24–72 hours for removal after processing.
Important Notes
- You may have multiple profiles — especially if you have changed jobs or email addresses. Submit removal requests for each profile.
- Data repopulates every 365 days (annually) — ZoomInfo actively re-scrapes professional data. Check every 6–12 months and re-submit if needed.
