What Radaris Collects

Radaris aggregates public records, court records, property filings, and commercial data feeds to build comprehensive personal profiles. It also includes criminal record data, making it particularly sensitive — anyone can find arrest histories, property ownership, and your known associates.

What Data They Have on You

  • 📧 Email addresses
  • 📱 Phone numbers
  • 🏠 Home address (current and former)
  • 👤 Full name, maiden name, and aliases
  • 🔗 Relatives and associates
  • 🏡 Property ownership records
  • 📋 Criminal records and court history

How to Remove Yourself

Step 1: Find Your Profile

Go to radaris.com and search for your name. Radaris may show partial results without logging in — you may need to try different city or state combinations.

Step 2: Copy Your Profile URL

Once you find your profile, copy the full URL from your browser's address bar.

Step 3: Navigate to the Opt-Out Page

Important: The URL /opt-out does NOT work. Use: Radaris Control Privacy →

Step 4: Submit Your Removal Request

  1. Paste your profile URL
  2. Fill in the required fields (name, email, etc.)
  3. Submit the form

Alternative: You can also try the Data Privacy Center at radaris.com/data_privacy_center.

Step 5: Wait for Processing

Radaris removal is processed as a courtesy, not a legal obligation. Processing takes up to 7 days. Your profile should disappear from search results within that window.

⏱️ Time required: ~15 minutes

Important Notes

  • ⚠️ Your data WILL repopulate. Plan to re-check every 90 days.
  • The /opt-out URL does NOT work — use /control-privacy as listed above.
  • Radaris removal is a courtesy policy — they are not legally required to delete your data, but they do honor requests.
  • Phone opt-out also available: Call (855) 723-2747 to request removal by phone.
  • Radaris is CCPA-compliant, meaning California residents have additional legal grounds for removal requests.
  • If the form doesn't work, email their privacy team or call the phone number above.
