How to Remove Yourself

Step 2: Fill Out the Form
Complete the form with the following information:
- "Why Did You Reach This Page?" — Select the appropriate reason from the dropdown
- Country of Residence — Default is United States; select yours
- State of Residence — Select your state from the dropdown
- Email — Enter your email address
Complete the reCAPTCHA verification.
Step 3: Submit and Wait for Processing
Submit the form. Lusha states they will add your contact information to a suppression list to prevent your details from being added to their database going forward. Data is retained for 7 years after fulfillment for legal compliance.
