What FullContact Collects

FullContact is a B2B identity resolution and enrichment platform that aggregates professional and personal identity data from across the web. They collect your name, email addresses (personal and work), social media profile URLs, job title, company, location, photos, and demographic inferences. FullContact uses this data to provide identity resolution services to B2B clients in sales, marketing, and HR tech. It is primarily a professional data platform, though it may also link personal online presence to work identity. FullContact is now owned by J2 Martech Corp.

How to Remove Yourself

Step 1: Try the Official Privacy Choices Page

Navigate to https://privacy.fullcontact.com/ or https://platform.fullcontact.com/your-privacy-choices — FullContact's official privacy request page. Note: the direct URL returned a 404 at time of research — the privacy page at privacy.fullcontact.com is the confirmed working destination.

Step 2: Email FullContact for Data Removal

Since the web form returned a 404, the primary method is email. Send a privacy request to:

  • privacy@fullcontact.com
  • Or the DPO at dpo@fullcontact.com

Include your full name and email address in the request. FullContact will verify your identity before processing.

Step 3: Understand What FullContact Will Actually Do

Important nuance: FullContact explicitly states they cannot fulfill erasure requests because they receive data continuously — deleting your data would not prevent it from re-entering their system. Instead, FullContact will:

  • Mark your personal data as hidden
  • Restrict processing of your data going forward
  • Retain certain data to prevent your info from re-entering the system

This is effectively a suppression, not a deletion. Your data remains in their system but is flagged and restricted.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation

FullContact will confirm what actions they have taken regarding your data.

Important Notes

  • FullContact will NOT delete your data — they will suppress/hide it instead. This is explicitly stated in their privacy notice.
  • Data does not repopulate once suppressed — they maintain suppression to prevent re-entry.
  • Identity verification is required before any action is taken.
  • California "Shine the Light" and GDPR rights are explicitly called out in their privacy policy for applicable users.
  • Address for postal mail: FullContact / J2 Martech Corp., 360 Park Avenue S., New York, NY 10010.
  • The web form URL at platform.fullcontact.com/your-privacy-choices returns a 404 — email is the reliable method.
