FastPeopleSearch scrapes public records, property databases, voter registrations, and other data sources to assemble detailed personal profiles. It's part of a network of similar people search sites that often share or mirror data between each other.

How to Remove Yourself

Step 1: Navigate to the Opt-Out Page

Important: The URL /opt-out (with hyphen) does NOT work. Use the correct URL without the hyphen: FastPeopleSearch Opt-Out →

Step 2: Enter Your Information

1. Enter your email address (they'll send a verification link)
2. Enter your first and last name
3. Complete the reCAPTCHA

Step 3: Check Your Email

Open the email from FastPeopleSearch and click the verification link.

Step 4: Confirm Removal

After clicking the email link, complete any remaining steps on the page. Your profile should be removed within 72 hours (3 days).

⏱️ Time required: ~10 minutes

Important Notes

• ⚠️ Your data WILL repopulate. FastPeopleSearch is aggressive about re-scraping data. Repeat every 90 days.
• URL matters: Use /optout (no hyphen) — /opt-out returns a broken page.
• Phone opt-out also available: Call (866) 679-8725 to request removal by phone.
• If you have multiple profiles (different cities or old addresses), each one requires a separate opt-out request.
• FastPeopleSearch is part of a site network — removing from one may not remove your data from its siblings.
